Frank Guglielmo, Ph.D., Managing Director of Park Consulting, is an award-winning educator, consultant, and coach. He has created and led executive development programs around the world for over two decades and coached executives in a wide range of industries.

Prior to founding Park Consulting, Frank held executive positions in a number of Fortune 500 companies including Interpublic Group, Altria Group, and Prudential Securities; and has consulted in industries ranging from media and advertising, FMCG, financial services, bio-tech and telecommunications. His work in leadership development has included working with C-suite executives and boards on talent assessment, succession planning, and high potential executive development.

Sudhanshu Palsule is an award-winning educator, and regarded as one of the leading thinkers in the field of Transformative Leadership. He works globally as a leadership professor, CEO advisor and consultant to several Fortune 500 organizations and to the United Nations. He teaches at Duke CE and in the Advanced Management Program at INSEAD.

Palsule’s work in transformative leadership is a unique combination of the latest research in psychology and neurology and his own exploration of the human mind for the past three decades. Trained as a physicist, he uses principles of Quantum Physics to help senior executives negotiate complexity by helping them develop their mindfulness. Palsule has written several books including Science, Technology, and Social Change, Managing in Four Worlds, The Ecology of Organizations, and Personal Growth.
