If you are having trouble finding a metal shop near you or I haven’t listed anything in your area, I highly suggest contacting a nearby community college. Many of them offer metalworking courses, and if they don’t, they may be able to help point you to someplace that does. Another route is to contact a local working metal artist or sculptor to see if he or she can offer any advice. Who knows, he or she even may be interested in helping out!
