Private cloud services deliver similar advantages to hosting services and the public cloud, but a private cloud is dedicated to a single organization.
A private cloud machine can be deployed on-premises, within the organization's firewall, but can be managed and maintained by the hosting provider. This option is preferable where regulatory constraints and privacy and security concerns prevent the use of a public cloud, but resources and support to implement an in-house solution are limited.
