The azureiotsuite.com provides an easy way to create pre-configured solutions. Once you log in with the appropriate access rights, it gives you the details of the existing solutions if any, or you can create new solutions with small descriptions about the solution.

To select the pre-configured solution you need to first find out the similarities of your business scenarios with IoT Suite options, and if required, it can be customized also.
