The code repository is well structured and it is easy to access the source code. To modify the telemetry message, navigate to Simulator/Simulator.WebJob/Cooler/Telemetry/.

The RemoteMonitorTelemetry.cs contains the SendEventsAsync method which forms the message body and then sends it further to get ingested into the IoT Hub.

We can add more parameters to this message body and can access those from stream analytics and process through the event processor host. The RemoteMonitorTelemetryData class contains the definition for the existing parameters being used for this telemetry data.
