This final section focuses on leadership—social leadership, to be exact. Whether you have an official leadership role in your organization or not, you can (and should) be a leader. Specifically, we’ll discuss leading with expertise. This means building and nurturing your network by sharing your thought leadership. It also means demonstrating that you are a socially savvy leader by becoming a digital brand ambassador for your organization.
