About the Author

SUNIL GUPTA is the Edward W. Carter Professor of Business at Harvard Business School, where he is the chair of the General Management Program and cochair of the executive program on Driving Digital Strategy.

As an expert in digital strategy, Gupta has conducted seminars and consulted with numerous companies around the world. He has published two books and over ninety articles, book chapters, cases, and notes, and his research has won many national and international awards. Gupta sits on the board of US Foods and on the advisory board of several startups.
