DYNAMIC WARM-UP

It’s important to begin each HIIT workout with a dynamic warm-up. Unlike static stretching, dynamic stretching incorporates movement to activate the muscles you will use during your workout, improving your range of motion and challenging your balance and coordination. Dynamic stretching before a workout can help you lift more weight and increase overall athletic performance compared to no stretching or static stretching. If you are trying to become stronger, build more muscle, or simply perform better, a dynamic warm-up routine will help you meet your goal.  

Complete each of the six warm-up exercises in this part in order, paying particular attention to form.
