Appendix E. Marketing Materials for an Internal Audience

This material is used by Palm Beach County, Florida Information Systems Services organization for marketing to departmental customers to ensure they are aware of the scope and quality of IT services. They also publish this information in an Information Technology Survey brochure describing its services. This survey has been provided to most of the employees of the County who use IT. The survey expresses a welcome tone to the user community to be comfortable with the IT organization.
