ABOUT THE AUTHOR

After growing up in Murray, a small Kentucky town located between Possum Trot and Monkey’s Eyebrow, Stanley Hainsworth worked as an actor for several years before landing in the design profession, where he is still free to pursue multiple facial hair options. For the next twenty years, Hainsworth was creative director at Nike, LEGO, and Starbucks before forming his own creative agency, Tether. Located in Seattle, Washington, Tether is an agency, a retail store, and an art gallery that works with numerous brands across the design disciplines. Tether also births their own brands, believing that designers are problem solvers who know how to create stories that consumers will want to connect with.

Along his design journey, Hainsworth has learned and been inspired from all the amazing designers he has worked with over the years and is honored to have them participate in this book.
