Chapter 15: Mock Exam

This chapter consists of 25 exam questions that are designed to be as close as possible to the actual test. All of the questions are multiple-choice, and there may be more than one correct answer for each question; you will need to select all of them for each question in order to get the question correct. Some of the questions that follow will be in the form of a case study.

Case study (five questions)

You are the Teams administrator for an organization called Contoso. Here is your current situation:

Voice project

Contoso plans to assign all users in all locations new phone numbers, discarding their current on-premises solution and existing numbers, and use Microsoft 365's Phone System instead.

In addition to making sure each user will have their own number, each geographic location will need a number assigned to a resource account to be used with an auto attendant to assist in call routing.

There are two help desks: one based in New York for both US locations and one for the UK. Each help desk will also need a unique number to be used with a call queue.
