WHY CHOOSE THIS PRACTICE?
In Neiguan, you feel and visualize the five main organs of traditional Chinese medicine, each of which is connected to a color, emotion, and one of the five elements in Chinese philosophy. As a result, Neiguan helps you connect to your body in a deeper way. If no specific images come to mind, just have the intention of wanting to see. You can practice this technique by yourself, but if you want to take it further, it is best to join a Taoist group.
“Don’t think too much about each step. Approach it with an open mind.”
