Use Table 9-1 to list your personal commitments or commitments you’ve made on behalf of your team. Indicate whether they are realistically achievable, knowing what you know now. Identify your (or your team’s) interests with respect to each commitment and the interests of the person to whom you’ve made the commitment. Are any of these commitments at risk of not being satisfied?
