To monitor a time-dependent action queue in Process Builder, follow these instructions:
- Navigate to Setup (gear icon) | Setup | PLATFORM TOOLS | Process Automation | Flows.
- Go to the Paused and Waiting Interviews section; from there, you can check out the time-dependent action queue in Process Builder, as shown in the following screenshot:
- To remove a record from the time-based queue, use the Del link, as shown in the preceding screenshot.
This is because Process Builder uses a Flow Wait element to create a time-dependent action.
