Hour 16. Systems and Performance Management

In Hour 15, “System Administration,” you learned the basics around how to manage and monitor SAP using CCMS. This hour builds upon that foundation and takes systems and performance management to the next level, addressing capacity planning and proactive performance tuning in the process. As such, this is one of the more technical chapters in the book, geared toward System Administrators as well as those tasked with deploying and maintaining a well-performing SAP system.
