Summary

This hour described some tools and technologies of the new Web. You learned how blogs, wikis, and social network sites employ components such as databases and dynamic HTML. You learned how XHTML provides HTML functionality through a uniform XML schema. This hour also looked at peer-to-peer networking, messaging services, and the semantic web.
