Navigation is included in TYPO3 Core. The possible kinds of menus are TMENU, GMENU, HMENU, and IMGMENU. You can add an extra subtitle field for the menu name and provide more information for your online shop visitors.

If you need more than one level of menus, you can use the multi-level menu. It is tue that the multi-level menu is helpful for website visitors, but do not confuse them.

You can create a site map of your web page and use it to increase the functionality and efficiency of your website.

Also, you could use searching in TYPO3 without downloading any extra extensions. For this functionality in TYPO3, we have the system extension "indexed_search". You can add search functions like most of extensions in TYPO3.
