THE UNDERPINNING FRAMEWORK

This part of the book shares the core elements of the 31Practices framework and how it works in an organizational context to enable an organization’s purpose and values to be made explicit and lived by everybody representing the organization. Chapter 4, Framework provides an overview of how the elements knit together. This part of the book will enable you to understand what is involved in kickstarting the virtuous circle that the 31Practices framework enables.

Each of the subsequent chapters Purpose, Identify, Action, Impact and Refine (Chapters 5 – 9) presents a central principle of the framework, bringing it to life with stories from our own and others’ experiences.
