I’ve been involved with this book since 2006 when I began working on the first edition. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to meet a number of readers at various events and to exchange email with hundreds of others. Hearing from readers all over the world has been a great encouragement and makes all my effort on this project worthwhile. So, my first thanks go out to all the readers who made the first edition a bestseller and this second edition possible.
