In this chapter, we will be creating a Native application so that we can audit/inspect apartments. The people who will be auditing apartments will get real-time updates about the audits that are happening in the apartments.

The home page of the application will have all the available appointments, along with information about each appointment and whether they are complete, incomplete, or if the auditing hasn't started. If the user clicks on the audit, they will be taken to the details page. The details page will contain a dynamic form based on the rooms in that particular apartment. For each room, the auditor will have items to check so that the user can specify whether they are in a good or bad condition. If the user selects In Bad Condition, they will be presented with another field so that they can enter the reason for their choice.

Now that we understand what we are going to develop, we will install the Ionic CLI and scaffold an application with it.
