Configuring JDBC Connectivity
In order to access the screens necessary for configuring Java Database Connectivity, follow the steps below:
1. | Access the Administration console. |
2. | In the left pane, expand the Services node. Under that, expand the JDBC icon. |
3. | Click on the icon associated with the service you wish to manage. Your choices are Connection Pools, MultiPools, Data Source, or Tx Data Source. |
4. | Configure the service as necessary. When you are done, click “Apply.” If you need to restart the server in order for your changes to take effect, you will be see a Restart Server icon next to the field you just changed. |
