show ip pim interface count
To display switching counts for MDS and other fast-switching statistics, use the show ip pim interface count EXEC command.
show ip pim interface [type number] count
| Syntax | Description |
|---|---|
| type number | (Optional) Interface type and number. If these arguments are specified, information is displayed about that interface only. |

| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Address | Source address of the IP multicast packet. |
| Interface | Interface on which the packets are arriving. |
| FS | D indicates that the packets were distributed switched. |
| Mpackets In/Out | Number of multicast packets received/number of multicast packets sent out. |
