In this chapter, we covered many topics, including metadata, exception handling, code execution, passing data between tiers, and computed columns on views. We won't need to use all of this in every project we work on. What is important is that you understand the concepts, as you can always use this as reference when you have something where a technique covered here is appropriate.

In the next chapter, we will cover unit and performance testing to help us ensure that the code performs as expected in terms of functionality and performance.
