Introduction

In this chapter, we will discuss how to use professional tools to make the game development process a lot easier. We will start by using Glyph Designer, which will enable us to use Bitmap fonts instead of true type fonts and we will consider the difference between these fonts. Next, we will take a look at Particle Designer, which enables us to create stunning particle effects with an amazing GUI that makes creating and editing particle effects a lot easier.

Next, we will use TexturePacker, which is a professional tool that enables us to pack images together so that all the images for a particular scene or animation are loaded in one go. Finally, we will look at using PhysicsEditor; this tool will enable us to make physics objects very easily.

All these tools have an amazing GUI interface that makes creating and editing objects fun and easy.
