We will be changing two files: namely, SpringSecuirtyConfig (the Spring Security configuration file) and the Spring application properties file (application.yml). In the earlier application, instead of a YML (YAML) file, we used a properties file (application.properties). In this example, we will discard the application.properties file and will use the application.yml file for all of the setup. Let's begin now.
