The queue or transactions will be ordered by the ordering services that provide a shared communication channel to clients and peers, offering a broadcast service for messages containing transactions. As part of ordering and distributing the transactions, Hyperledger Fabric works with ordering services (OS) and a Kaftka cluster, which is the broker that guarantees the load balancing and consensus. We'll explore this in more detail when we set up the environment.
