In this chapter, we introduced the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Plug-ins and Processes (Workflows and Dialogs), compared the differences between them, and saw some code examples for our ACM system. We have also introduced the Event Framework, Web Services methods and messages, Early-Bound and Late-Bound Entity Classes, and CRM data queries, among others.

The next chapter will focus on improving document management in your CRM system, by integrating it with SharePoint 2010.
