There you go! We have covered the basics of customizing the SiteMap and the Ribbon. The Ribbon is new in Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and you need a lot of practice to master ribbon customization. Once you master the different components in the ribbon definition, there's a lot more things that you can do with CRM navigation, when compared to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0.

There are also a few unofficial SiteMap and Ribbon editor tools developed by the community, so you can try it out. In the next chapter, we are going to look at how to package the entire ACM system that we have built.
