In this chapter, we introduced the new features of the Import Data Tool. We demonstrated how to import data from one source file (.csv) or several source files (.zip), as well as how to include Notes and Attachments. We also demonstrated that a source file can contain data for one entity type or for multiple entity types.

We also briefly introduced other data import options.
