In this chapter, we briefly introduced the Microsoft Cloud Offering. We demonstrated how to use the Customer Portal solution to build and customize a Crew Portal for Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

We also introduced how to set up CRM E-mail Router support with Office 365 | Exchange Online.
