About the author

Resa Gooding is a HubSpot Certified Trainer and an expert in multiple digital marketing disciplines, including marketing automation and closed-loop reporting. Resa is the co-founder and ex-CMO of Cacao Media, a HubSpot-certified Diamond Partner Agency that was acquired by ScaleOps in 2022. Using CRM and marketing automation processes set up by Resa and her team, paired with digital marketing best practices, organizations were able to spend more time closing deals instead of being bogged down by administrative tasks or misaligned processes.

I would like to thank my past employees, clients, and contractors, without whom this book would not have been possible. About the reviewers

Mike Tatum has dedicated his career to using a life cycle marketing strategy and marketing automation to create profitable and engaging customer journeys from initial discovery to reactivation. He's a HubSpot Marketing Hub expert who was a featured speaker at HubSpot's INBOUND conference in 2021, as well as an active member of HubSpot's Revenue Council. He currently is the director of life cycle marketing at Athletic Greens and consults with businesses looking to get the most out of HubSpot.

Lyndon Brathwaite is the founder and lead consultant at OPAAT-SWY Consulting Ltd. He started his career as a sales representative in 2003 and gradually moved through the sales ranks throughout the years. He held the position of sales manager at Massy Technologies InfoCom, before moving on to start the first sales enablement agency in the English-speaking Caribbean.

Driven by a mantra of change, create, different, and achieve, Lyndon is best known for inspiring his teams to find different ways of being the best version of themselves and achieving the things they want in life by making the changes needed for success.

Lyndon has been able to achieve certain milestones within his short but impressive 4-year journey as an entrepreneur. His stints include being co-founder of a second sales development company in Trinidad and Tobago, hosting three sales conferences between 2019 and 2021, becoming a solutions provider with HubSpot in 2019, and speaking internationally at HubSpot's major INBOUND conference in 2020.

Esther Ohayon has been in key roles in sales and marketing for years, but she believes that tracking the customer journey is more critical now than ever. Marketing must find and nurture the ideal customer with the most effective content, and sales must prove their solution is the best option for their clients. HubSpot keeps track of all the data so that businesses can run smoothly and grow steadily.

Specializing in brand development and digital marketing with a distinct leaning toward sales and customer service, she always tries to put the customer at the center. She is curious about what customers really want and how to deliver that message in the most valuable way to them.
