Dr. James W. Marion is a tenured associate professor with Embry–Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide. He is currently the Department Chair of the College of Business Decision Sciences Department. His experience includes leading large organizations in multiple product launches in the United States, Europe, and Asia, as well as significant experience with Japanese companies including NEC and Panasonic. Dr. Marion has a PhD in organization and management with a specialization in information technology management (Capella University). He holds an MS in engineering (University of Wisconsin-Platteville), and an MSc and an MBA in strategic planning as well as a postgraduate certificate in business research methods (The Edinburgh Business School of Heriot-Watt University). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Dr. Tracey M. Richardson is a tenured, Associate Professor of Project Management in the College of Business at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University Worldwide. During Dr. Richardson’s 20+ years in the United States Air Force, she had the opportunity to visit over 20 countries, and more than half of the United States, managing the same challenges in operations and logistics, limited resources, and regulation facing large global companies. In various capacities working in aircraft maintenance, including sortie production/operations and backshop industrial manufacturing, Tracey acquired vast leadership skills in all aspects of logistics, operations, production, and talent management. Dr. Richardson has a doctorate of organizational leadership from Argosy University’s School of Psychology; master of management, and a bachelor of science in resource management, both from Troy University. She is a certified Project Management Professional and a Project Management Institute (PMI) Risk Management Professional.
