THE AUTHORS

Jos C.N. Raadschelders is professor of public administration at the John Glenn School of Public Affairs, Ohio State University. Currently, he serves as the School's Associate Director for Faculty Development. His research interests include administrative history, comparative government, and epistemology of the study of public administration. He served as the managing editor of Public Administration Review between 2006 and 2011. In 2014 he was elected Fellow in the National Academy of Public Administration. He has published 15 books and more than 130 articles in the areas mentioned.

Eran Vigoda-Gadot is professor of public administration and management at the School of Political Science, University of Haifa, Israel. He is the former head of the school and currently serves as the head of the Center for Public Management and Policy (CPMP). Vigoda-Gadot is among the leading public administration and management researchers in Israel and well-recognized internationally. He is the author and coauthor of more than 170 articles and book chapters, 11 books and symposiums as well as many other scholarly presentations and working papers. Mirit Kisner is a doctoral student at the School of Political Science, University of Haifa, Israel. Her dissertation analyzes regressive effects of New Public Management (NPM) inspired reforms taking place worldwide. Her research interests also involve welfare state arrangements in comparative perspective.
