In the previous section, we covered how to create parameterized projects and the different types of build parameters that are supported on Jenkins. In this section, we will create some of the build parameters and learn how to access them. As mentioned earlier, build parameters enable us to accomplish various things, such as providing our build with a database connection string to grant it credentials to access various services, for example, a deployment token, and so on.
