The Leadership Blindspots Self-Assessment Survey is available online at www.wiley.com/go/leadershipblindspots
The Blindspot survey will contain five questions in each of four potential blindspot areas (self, team, organization and markets) along with an additional five general questions. The result will be a 25 question survey with four subcategories. Questions will be rated on a five point scale with a worksheet to tabulate results (indicating the likelihood of leadership blindspots in particular areas and overall). Higher scores indicate the possibility of blindspots (unless the question is reverse coded).
