  1. Once the account gets created, auto-post the account details to a Chatter group (Sales Executive).

    Hint: If the Sales Executive Chatter group does not exist in your Salesforce organization, create a new one.

  2. Once the Opportunity is successfully closed, auto-post a linkpost on a Chatter group (Sales Executive). The output should look similar to the following screenshot:

  3. Autocreate a child case whenever the case's Type field changes to Mechanical, and assign it to the Mechanical Engineers queue.

    Hint: Go to Create a Queue and give the name as Mechanical Engineers.

  4. Whenever a case gets created, automatically add the user Helina Jolly to the case team members.

    Hint: Create a new user named Helina Jolly in your organization.

  5. Once the account becomes inactive, send an e-mail notification to all Opportunity owners related to that account. Also update the related open Opportunity status to Closed-Lost.

    Hint: Use the Active field to decide account status. You have to use Flow as well as a Process, since Process Builder alone cannot update open Opportunity.

  6. Create a one-step Approval Process on the account to get an approval from the CEO once account becomes active. Use Process Builder to automatically submit an account once it gets activated.
  7. Develop an application using Flow and Process Builder. It will automatically remove all the followers from an Opportunity once its stage is updated to Closed-Won or Closed-Lost.
  8. Once an Opportunity is successfully closed, autocreate a new Opportunity by copying the data from closed Opportunity. Set the Opportunity closed date as the new Opportunity created date plus 100 days.

    Hint: Copy only the field that is required to create an Opportunity.

  9. Automatically update the lead status to Warm whenever lead status gets updated to Working – Contacted.
  10. Develop an application using Flow and Process Builder that will automatically add a new user who has the role of Sales Executive to the Sales Executive Chatter group.
