ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Brad Grimes is former Senior Writer/Editor for InfoComm International, an Adjunct Faculty member of InfoComm University, and the former editor of Pro AV magazine. He is the editor of the CTS Certified Technology Specialist Exam Guide, Second Edition, McGraw-Hill Education, 2013.

Brad has been writing about technology for more than 22 years, including positions covering IT for Ziff Davis, International Data Group, and Post Newsweek Tech Media (now 1105 Government Information Group). He continues to author articles and white papers on everything from video communications and cloud computing to mobile device management and big data.

Brad holds his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Northwestern University. His work has been recognized by the American Business Media, the American Society of Business Publication Editors, and the American Society of Magazine Editors.

About the Technical Editors

Rachel Bradshaw, M.Ed., is Curriculum Development Manager for InfoComm International. She has developed training materials for the audiovisual industry since 2010. She holds a master’s degree in secondary English education from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in medieval and Renaissance studies from the University of Virginia.

Lauren Bramblett, MBA, is a Training Developer for InfoComm International. She has worked at InfoComm since 2012, creating training courses for audiovisual and IT professionals throughout the industry. She holds a master’s degree in business administration from Webster University and a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Middle Tennessee State University.
