She is also the managing director of Century Management, a consulting
business that she and John set up in 1989. In this role, she specializes in
strategic change management processes and systems, enabling organizations
to achieve and maintain competitive business advantage.
She currently works as a strategic partner with some of Ireland’s most
successful and prestigious organizations. She partners with key stakeholders
in realizing client organizations’ full potential by developing their culture,
vision, strategic direction, and human capital. Imelda has extensive experi-
ence in individual, team, and organization development.
Since 1992, Imelda and Century Management have been the master
distributor in Ireland for TTI Success Insights International’s competency,
benchmarking, measurement, personal talent, behaviors, motivators, and
emotional intelligence portfolio of assessments.
Imelda is a fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants in Ireland,
holds an honors degree in Management and a diploma in Theology and
Relationship Facilitation.
A native of County Wicklow, Imelda lives in the beautiful countryside
of Forenaughts, County Kildare, where she is involved in local community
organizations. She enjoys her leisure time in the company of her two beauti-
ful daughters, Michelle and Maria, and their husbands, Patrick and Geoffrey.
She has one awesome grandchild, with another on the way. She likes to
walk in the country, relax with friends, and read spiritual, inspirational, and
business books.
Dr. Shayne Tracy, CEO, Executive Strong, is an
experienced human resources management and stra-
tegic organizational development specialist, acertified
master coach, and an Odyssey certified consultant, with
more than twenty-five years’ experience in the human
systems domain.
He provides advice, processes, methodologies, and
experiences for senior management and organizations to create or enhance
tangible asset value through improved performance, productivity, and prof-
itability. He divides his time between consulting, executive coaching, and
master coach and consultant certification.
Dr. Tracy began his career in education as a teacher, before becoming an
education administrator and then taking on a senior role in human resources
with one of the largest public school boards in Canada.
