I extracted the following 7 key lessons from interviews with the Real Estate Titans. I also noticed these same traits with several real estate billionaires that I have either worked for throughout my career or were potential partners or counterparts in different investments in which I have been involved. To ensure that these 7 key lessons were not only my perceptions, but also those of others, I checked this list with three very successful people in different areas of the real estate industry who have personally known several real estate billionaires for years. These three professionals agreed that these 7 lessons represent a distillation of the expansive knowledge and expertise that is shared by those who have achieved notable success in this field.
