Erez Cohen is co-founder and co-CEO of a real estate investment management and development firm. Erez has been directly involved in the acquisition and development of more than 12 million square feet of real estate, with a value of over $3.5 billion. Erez has worked in investment positions at Thor Urbana, Apollo Real Estate Advisors, the Carlyle Group, and Evercore Partners. With over 13 years in real estate, he has been involved in public and private deals in the residential, retail, office, hotel, and mixed-use sectors. In addition, Erez is an advisor to startups and mentor to myriad entrepreneurs and real estate professionals.

Erez currently sits on the board of the Urban Land Institute as well as two nonprofit organizations. He holds a BA from Manhattan College, where he graduated summa cum laude, and an MBA from Wharton Business School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Throughout his career Erez has been honored with several recognitions, among them, the Rising Star Award from the Urban Land Institute and the Bucksbaum Memorial Fellowship from the Wharton School.
