Folders are used to store the reports and dashboards and can either be set to read-only or read/write. To configure which of your users have access to a folder, you can set it to be either accessible by all users, hidden from all users, or accessible only by certain users. When restricting to certain users, the options exist to restrict by Public Groups, Roles, and Roles and Subordinates.
