About the Author

Chad Carter is the Chief Technology Officer of GlobalCove Technologies, a software development and professional services company.

Even with more than 15 years of professional software development experience, Chad has only scratched the surface of this wonderful thing called technology. From website front-end development to back-end system architecting, from systems integrations to 3D game development, he loves all sorts of technologies.

Chad also enjoys teaching others about technology and explaining low-level concepts at a high level. He trains development staff on different languages and frameworks, and he teaches general sessions about different technologies at conferences, code camps, and user groups. He has authored two books on XNA Game Studio.

When Chad is not in front of a computer working with the latest technology, you will find him spending time with his lovely wife and two precious daughters.
