Administering Discipline: The Rules

SO FAR, we have covered the essential definitions and basics of discipline. Now it is time to turn our attention to some of the ground rules that will facilitate the successful use of discipline. Many are related to, and reinforce, directives in Chapters 1 and 2; others introduce new concerns and instructions. Take the time you need to remember these ground rules. They are all necessary components of the task of administering discipline legally and effectively.
