You now have a tab bar at the bottom of the screen, but the button titles do not match those shown in the app tour. You will configure the button titles in the Attributes Inspector so they match. Follow these steps to change the button titles to Explore and Map:
- Click Main.storyboard in the Project navigator. Click the Document Outline button to show the document outline. Click Item 1 Scene in the document outline:
- Click the Item 1 button under Item 1 Scene. Click the Attributes Inspector button:
- Under Bar Item, set Title to Explore:
- Click the Item 2 button in the Item 2 scene and under Bar Item, set Title to Map:
When you build and run your app in the Simulator, you'll see the titles for the buttons have changed to Explore and Map, respectively. Great!
Tapping the Explore and Map buttons will display the scenes for the Explore and Map screens. As shown in the app tour, if you tap the LOCATION button on the Explore screen, you will see a navigation bar at the top of the Locations screen containing the Cancel and Done buttons. You'll also see an empty navigation bar at the top of the Map screen. You will learn how to add navigation bars to your screens in the next section.
