Topic-based content routing is useful when the message comes into existence externally and it is not sensible to ask the producer application to provide header information. Instead, we want to make the routing decision based on the DATA itself. In such a situation, the producer is asked to provide explicit routing information along with the message to help consumers decide whether they want to consume the messages or not.
