Summary

We have learned about the Confluence workbox and its ability to work with in-app notifications and personal tasks. Both can be used to share content or get more people involved in your workflow, actions, and content.

Tasks are a great way to keep track of things to do after a meeting or when preparing for a new release. With the tasklist we can assign tasks to other people and track those tasks.

With the mobile interface, you can take Confluence with you while you are on the road (provided you have an Internet connection). The mobile interface can be used to search information, comments on pages, or blog posts, and manage your notifications and tasks. Searching for other users with the mobile interface allows you to call or message people directly from your mobile device.

With the ability to create, share, and track content within Confluence, it's time to dive into another aspect of Confluence, content security. Being able to control who can view or edit your content is something we will learn in the next chapter.
