As with each book that has gone before, writing is rarely an individual project. My keynotes, consulting work, coaching, and books build on decades of prior research by teams of dedicated psychologists and social scientists, client assignments, cooperation by sponsor organizations, and hours of personal interviews with senior executives at client firms willing to share their experiences and expertise.
