Understandably, medical data is not as easy to release as other datasets, so there are far fewer datasets in the public domain. This is changing slowly, but in the meantime, here are some datasets and associated challenges you can try your hand at. Note that many of these challenges have been overcome, but they have luckily continued to publish the datasets.
