Steve Pease is a San Diego–based writer, composer, guitarist, and DJ. He has been playing the guitar most of his life and began getting into music manipulation as a DJ in Mexico. Eventually becoming a resident DJ in downtown San Diego, he began working with different versions of music software, and the digital recording fire was lit. After making a paycheck from online sales of simple soundscapes, he moved to L.A., where he furthered his knowledge for all things music while working at M-Audio.
