About the author

Andy Brophy is a Lean and innovation coach. He has been working in the Lean field for almost 15 years with a diverse range of organisations including manufacturing, services, software development and hospitals. He founded the consultancy organisation Lean 2 Innovative Thinking that specialises in providing practical hands-on coaching and implementation support to organisations on their Lean and innovation journeys. He previously worked as an engineer in the manufacturing industry for several large corporations.

Andy holds a MSc in Lean Operations from Cardiff University and is Six Sigma Black Belt certified. He is the co-author with John Bicheno of Innovative Lean.
